Intro to RCAG

September 16, 2025

An introductory event targeted at first years to learn more about RCAG, while decorating postcards. Not only do students get a sneak peak at what RCAG had planned for the year, but they can also meet the team, while being creative.

 

Paint Night

October 7, 2025

One of RCAG’s signature events, Paint Night invites students of all skill levels to create artwork with acrylic paint. Students enjoy delicious bites, meet new people, while creating lasting memories and paintings.

 

Studio Night

November 13, 2025

A staple event of RCAG, Studio Night showcases a variety of performing arts that are from students, for students. Attendees enjoy tasty food while watching other students sing, dance, perform poetry, do stand-up comedy, and more.

 

CRAFT N’ CHILL (RCAG x RCFG)

February 11, 2026

In collaboration with the Rotman Commerce Fashion Group (RCFG), Craft n’ Chill provides different creative activities such as tote bag decorating, sculpting and bracelet making. Attendees also support other student-owned businesses and participate in clothing swaps

 

Case Competition (RCAG x UTEFA)

February 28, 2026

RCAG collaborated with University of Toronto Engineering Finance Association to bring the Concept to Capital Case Competition to students. Participants had the opportunity to step into the role of a venture capital firm, evaluate two creative tech companies, and decide which deserved their investment.

 

Material Magazine Launch Party

March 13, 2026

The Material Magazine Launch Party is RCAG’s end-of-the-year event, highlighting the artistic talent featured in the Material Magazine, RCAG’s yearly art magazine. Featuring an art gallery, complementary food and artistic activities, students gather to admire the completed Magazine and celebrate RCAG’s achievements.


 

RCAG Showcase

(RCAG x Rotman Commerce Student Life)

Through partnering with Rotman Commerce Student Life, students added a touch of whimsy to the office through a rotating exhibit at the RC Offices (OISE 4th floor and Woodsworth basement).
